How we protect your data
Your company runs on Densyti, so we treat security as part of the product. Here is what we do and what you control.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest on our servers.
Mail between Densyti and other providers uses TLS whenever the other side supports it.
Sign-in and access
Admins can require two-step sign-in for everyone.
New device alerts tell people when their account is used somewhere new, and admins can sign a person out of every device.
Audit log
Every change to people, roles, domains and billing is recorded with who made it and when. Admins can search and export the log.
Backups and availability
We keep backups in a separate location and test restoring them.
We monitor every app around the clock and publish incidents on the status page.
