Regions

Data can be stored in Europe, the United States or India.

All apps for one company use the same region, so data does not move between regions in normal use.

You pick a region when you sign up. On the Scale plan you can ask us to move an existing account to another region.

We use a small number of providers for hosting, email delivery and payments. Each one is bound by a data processing agreement.
